Delivery Costs

• As part of our commitment to providing affordable prices, shipping is entirely free for all orders across Australia.

• We offer Australia wide free shipping except some regional areas.

• For Extra Large Sizes, please contact us on 0432567117 to arrange customised delivery. Additional charges may apply for these orders.

Exclusions from Free Delivery

• Some items are excluded from free delivery. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated and provided during the checkout process.

Shipping to PO Boxes

• Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery. We are also happy to deliver to your company or work address (subject to approval).

Delivery Provider

• For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we arrange courier delivery to your provided address.

• Please ensure you provide clear delivery instructions. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended without your approval.

Delivery Time

• Once you place an order, it typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery within Australia, depending on your location.

Damaged Prints

• We take utmost care in packaging our prints for shipping to prevent damage.

• In the rare event that your print arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel.

• Please inform the courier to return the package and notify us immediately on 0432567117.

• All our shipments are fully insured, and we will handle the necessary steps to replace or refund your order.
